My battle as David against Goliath took another toll in the meantime:
I lost my third job due to Julius Baer.
Julius Baer contacted my present employer and provided certain information which had the effect that my present employer could not renew my contract. It is obvious that the target of Julius Baer was and still is to give the Elmer family a hard time to silence not only me but also my daughter’s wish for justice in respect of stalking.
An example is stated in Julius Baer’s complaint against Wikileaks signed by the well-known law firm Lavely & Singer, Professional Corporation Martin D. Singer, William J. Briggs, II and Evan N. Spiegel as of 7th February 2008 that „Elmer is the subject of mult-national criminal investigations related to not only the above referenced theft of confidential records, but also related to his attempted extortion and a campaign of threats and terrorist threats against Plaintiffs [Julius Baer] and of tis employees (e.g. death and bomb threats, including reference to 9/11“ [Extract Page 7, line 15 to 19].
